If your books are in a mess, we will tell you. If your Xero books are so beautiful and perfect that you don’t need us, we will also tell you. Also, if your expectations are not realistic, will gently tell you that because you need to know the truth about your business.

So many of our clients have been let down the past by slow communication from their bookkeepers. obviously there’s a difference between something that’s an emergency versus something that is trivial and can wait. We will charge you exactly for the work that we do. We don’t overcharge because we know that defeats the purpose of bookkeeping. We are not going under-charge you either – we’ll charge for all the work we do.
